“No surprise service has not gotten any better, since Ive had these same issues 3 years ago. Was blocked from posting anything on Facebook or Twitter and all negative comments were being deleted as well. No response from customer service via email or phone calls. Eventually has to file a complaint with BBB. Finally did received the product 6 months later and never received my full order. This company is a joke.”
“Don't order from this company. I have filed complaints with the Alabama Attorney General's offices as well as the BBB. I ordered 2 products but was charged for 3. I simply wanted the reimbursement from the 3rd one in which I didn't order. They told me no. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They also stopped me from commenting on their Facebook page so I couldn't put in my experience with the company. I have also since found out, that numerous customers never received their products and some were charged for things they didn't get or order. I don't recommend doing business with this company at all. I just wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Don't make my mistake. As now I am doubtful I will receive my products too.”

“Everything went wrong. No response to five emails until two weeks had gone by. No one to answer the phones and no return of my voice mails. Ordered a gift, was told it was in stock. It has been 25 days and still not sent, from Alabama to Texas. I had to go out and buy another gift (made in China and arrived faster, go figure). I tried to write a review on Facebook and Redline would not allow it. Never ever never again....”
“Terrible customer service. Sent wrong name on customized piece we waited 16 weeks for. Asked for correction and waited another 8 weeks for that. No discount. No apology. Blocked me from commenting on their FB page. My negative comments were the only thing that got them to respond to me. Shady as F business.”
