“Wow- did not for one minute believe that this would work and in less than a day, I’d been refunded for four delayed Tube journeys totalling £15. It checks the previous 28 days journeys, so you really have nothing to lose and a few quid to gain. Great work. Thank you.”

“Reeclaim automatically reviewed the journeys, identified any that was eligible for a refund, made a request for it and informed me of the refund being successfully credited. I didn't have to do anything, particularly remember the details of the journey that was delayed.”
