“I forgot I even signed up for this until I got an automatic refund for a delayed journey I didn't even know was delayed last weekend! Great surprise that, shows it works and I'd recommend you sign up!”

“An absolute "no-brainer". Sign up for free and receive refunds when travel is delayed. I have been refunded for dozens of journeys in the last year. They have made a tedious manual process that I never could be bothered to do into an automated refund.”
