“Very good, very happy i found out about this service as the cost of transportation in London is very expensive and very often the service i get is very poor, many journeys are delayed.”

“Incredibly easy to use, you log in once and it does it’s thing. Signed up about a month ago and I have had about £30 of refunds without even realising I was delayed. If you regularly commute in London and you aren’t using this you need to.”

“Reclaim is very easy to use as all you have to do is register once, after that they will check your journeys and put in claims on your behalf. It's a very helpful service for all London Underground users.”

“Really easy to set up. You pretty much forget that you have it turned on until an email pops in your inbox saying you've got a refund. What could be easier? Hopefully, it'll drive TFL to improve their service. They must be losing loads of revenue.”

“Ok, it's basically just awesome. could not be easier and already had nearly 1/5 of my monthly travel costs back in a month. In at least 70% of the cases I did not realise I had been delayed and would never have claimed.”
