“So far worked perfectly, I get an email 1-2 days after a delayed journey telling me 'my' application was successful. After a few I go into TfL site and get the money back into my bank account. I wondered how they made their money but they have addressed this here: https://www.reeclaim.co.uk/free. A great service and I hope TfL don't get it shut down any time soon.”

“Good service, I had cancelled my Oyster card that was registered covering day of delay and the refund went to my debit card instead now used for touch in/out... Only downside as during that same week I experienced 2 other longer delays on the same lines but no refund.”

“I was told about Reeclaim by one of my relatives and it has been just 2 days and I have got a refund for a trip that I didn't know I was delayed in. This is the best thing! Finally tfl wouldn't be taking advantage of the high price we pay even though they are delayed journeys.”

“I absolutely love Reeclaim, before signing in , i didn’t even know that it was possible to have the refunds for the tube delays. It asks for refund automatically when there is a delay, and than email notification arrives if successful. Simple , efficient and absolutely recommend it.”
