“Signed up in August and although not a daily user, have had refunds totalling seventeen pounds fifty pence so far, that I otherwise wouldn't have had, this is definitely a no brainer”

“Very efficient. I do believe every person using the transport network should make use of the service. You travel Reeclaim do the rest. I ve lost so much money between refunds and premium fee charged by travelling through zone 1 when there is no other route and the service is disrupted. Bravo!”

“Initial registration was so quick. Refunds are automatically done, it’s brilliant. I know when I am delayed I don’t have to worry about remembering station stops / times etc. Really happy I registered”

“Good service, have saved lots of money on journeys which in retrospect were delayed, but which I didn't even consider. However, Reeclaim is lacking a bit in transparency. They ask for your TfL account details, which is not great from a security perspective, and they don't provide any visibility into claims before they are processed by TfL, or any form of online history of claims, etc. If they fixed these things, I would willingly pay a small charge/commission for this service.”

“I have had quite a few refunds that I wouldn't have bothered with or wasn't even aware I was entitled to. Reeclaim do everything and is an essential no brainer as far as I am concerned.”

“A fantastic service that can be trusted. I woudn't trust any of the TFL staff to refund my money if there was a delay. Its a long and winded process trying to get through to them. Reeclaim has stepped in and provided a great service. Let's hope it continues.”
