“When my friend at work told me about this I didn't believe it would be as easy and effective as it is! It gives me refunds for journeys I didn't even know were delayed. Since signing up 2 months ago I've had 10 refunds which is nearly £50. I've recommended to as many people as possible.”

“I get a refund back using this service about once a month. Never have I thought to complain myself as delays have felt so common as to be inevitable and I have come to grin and bear it. Receiving an email from TfL refunding me thanks to Reeclaim makes it all a little bit more bearable.”

“This is a brilliant service! Highly recommend it to anyone using tubes frequently. I've received money back for several delayed journeys without having to lift a finger. Once you sign up there is no paperwork, you just get automatic refunds for delays.”

“Don’t even remember i have it until I get an email about a delayed train that I often don’t even think much of at the time - but the fare gets automatically refunded and I literally didn’t have to do anything except for sign up initially. Amazing! can’t recommend enough!”

“After registering my oyster card with Train Reeclaim, I have been getting at least one refund a month. It is so much easier than ringing up TFL as Train Reeclaim apply for the refund on your behalf. Overall really pleased that I signed up to train Reeclaim.”
