It's taken the bother of using the tfl website, which is convoluted and time consuming. Shame that tfl does not refund automatically, but this is the next best thing.

Easy to use. I don’t have to lift a finger to reclaim. It just sends my web credits to my account. Easy peasy.

I was told about this service from a friend of mine. Being a bit cautious at first (how can something like this be free?), I have really grown to love this service! Such an easy setup, and I now get weekly emails from TfL giving me money back for delayed travels.

I keep receiving email saying I am due refunds (approx 9 emails), but nothing has been credited to my registered oyster account and now I have received another email saying as I have updated my password you cannot credit my account.......really disappointed, no number for contact:(

Hi Bal, you have indeed received successful refunds. These have gone into your online web credit which will automatically be used in your next Auto Top Up. You can also redeem your Web Credit and transfer the money into a bank account of your choice. To do this, you need to go online on your Oyster account and view your Web Credits. Click Redeem Credits to transfer them to your own bank account. Please note TfL's account access was crashing today hence the confusion. Regards, Reeclaim Team

This is one of the best offerings you can sign up to. Once you've joined you just let the money roll in rather than having to second guess when you got on/off the tube and chasing TFL for refunds.

I have had 3 refunds in my first 2 weeks of joining and all of them are ones that I would not have claimed myself as I was not aware that I had been delayed for more than 15 minutes.

As I'd ceased using the Tube for a few months I had completely forgotten I'd signed up to Train Reeclaim, even though they had seamlessly claimed a refund for me last year in Nov of 2017. That was until this week when I encountered a delay, brushed it off as it happens, but then received a refund notification! The perfect, diligent travel companion, who gets silently irate on your behalf.
