“Really great service, as a Central Line regular I signed up a year ago and have had over 30 refunds, no hassle and very simple to set up. Would recommend to any TFL commuters. Keep up the good work Reeclaim!”

“Great concept and really effective. Easy to set up and then forget about. Eradicates the time-consuming process that is claiming for refunds - which to be honest, I would never have done before. You also occasionally get refunds for journeys you don't even realise are running late. Well done Reeclaim.”

“I was skeptical of how this service would actually work, and how well it would perform - but so far, I've reclaimed a number of journeys (some that I actively remember grumbling to myself about how slow/delayed it was, and more that I had no idea were running late) - it's very efficient, you don't really need to think about it once you've signed up - save for when you get a TFL Refund successful (or refused - although those have only happened a couple of times) email. It's better than the night-tube on a Friday night!”

“Signed up a while ago and forgot about this service until I randomly receive a mail about a refund being paid to me for a journey :) Great piece of mind as I would never know which journeys to apply for a refund and this is all automated.”
