Since I’ve been using this service which had only been a few days not even a week I’ve had over £30 in refunds! It’s amazing!

Reeclaim is amazing if you use the tube 2times in a week you need this service.. The customer service at reeclaim is fantastic... Thanks to reclaim I got 14£ in the 1st month

Never actually bothered to reclaim myself but am happy for Reeclaim to do all the work and I just watch the refunds arrive. Been brilliant so far.

I was sceptical that this will work. The site isn't fully finished but I read about it in a metro article. A few days after signing up, they have requested refunds for a back log of journeys that were delayed and I've been issued web credits from TFL! I've since recommend it to friends and family. There must be millions in TFLs coffers as let's be honest, how many of us apply for a refund after being delayed on the tube/rail?

Bloody hell good.. impressed by their refund mechanism.. A little bit more information will be good like e.g when the amount is refunded to card but overall very impressed..

Very happy with the quick and easy service, was surprised that I received a few refunds that I did not even know I was due. Shortly after signing up, the refunds had been issued a few hours later. Very impressed!!

Reeclaim is such a great service. It takes away the hassle of having to go through TFL's somewhat long winded and tedious claim process. It's also great as you're often delayed on a service without even realising it so this is a double advantage and it's always a nice surprise to get an e-mail from TfL confirming that a refund claim was successful.

Amazing service. I did submit claim for one of the delayed journey which was rejected and with your service it was successful. Simply hassle free. Not sure how far in past it goes though.

Thanks for the great review Devang. We are able to claim back for the past 30 days of travel, but now that you're connected, all future dated delays will automatically be claimed on your behalf.

registered on Monday , woke up to several refunds on Tuesday!! Such a great service and claiming refunds back that i did not have time to do myself. Thank you i recommend your service to everyone i know :-)

I love how this works! I don't use the tube much and have had 2 refunds in the short time since I registered. What's great to know is that I don't have to do any work for my refunds and that even as a non-regular tube user, I will still get money back when I'm delayed. Just set and leave, no better way for a service to be! Thanks Reeclaim!
