“It's such a scam and they don't even refund it, after waiting for 5 days for the money to be refunded I tried to contact them but my emails are not getting delivered to them”
“The online course was a pain in the ass to keep getting back onto. Wouldnt accept password and had to keep emailing them and asking wtf .. They said the certificate was free.,hard copy or PDF which is a total lie . It isnt . Dont sa iits free when it isnt. Big no from me wouldnt recommend to anyone. Now they are wanting £21.99 for the PDF or £35 print out copy of certificate..really...wtf”

“Completely useless. Staff often not vetted much at all, judging by the way they employ someone who thinks least is spelt list... and doesn't know how e mails work either.... that person is actually OK, just not trained to know anything whatsoever... I feel really sorry for that person, doing more than they ever expected just to try to help me, but I'm sure while the Co workers want to be decent, the big bosses don't. Heard they got done for tax evasion.”
“I booked and paid for a Hygiene course 2 weeks ago and still (Despite two complaints directly to the Reed web site!!) have not received log in details for the course which I was advised would take 48 HRS or less!!!”

“Bought a course off Reed by skills up. Couldn't access the course, no sound appalling quality. Asked for a refund. Told I couldn't get a refund but they'd be happy to exchange for another course. I asked for an alternative and they gave me a course with no video and just worksheets. This is the free course given out with the first one that was useless. Now they won't contact me to discuss. Avoid!”
“No expenses for travel. I'm disabled and need to drive . They won't pay 1.40 for 4 miles of travel because I have no receipt. Obviously because they are a bent company who have been prosecuted for tax evasion..”

“Terrible company, signed me up for a contract and completely miss sold and lied to me, told them I wasn’t happy and there attitude was we don’t care your in a contract, adverts producing zero applications on 35 jobs and CV’s of engineers and accountants with there job as a warehouse operative to make it look like they have more CV’s than they actually do! Most CV’s dead and old numbers, duplicate CV’s say that have millions of CV’s when most are made up and don’t work to steal your money when signing up. Honestly CV library are cheaper and far better”
