“The deal on my Dell U2715h looked amazing, almost too good to be true. So I ordered it in favour of something similar from Amazon. I made an error on the order and it wasn't placed. This necessitated a follow-up web chat session with the support team. They were extremely helpful and were able to source me the monitor even though the site was saying out of stock by that time. The monitor arrived promptly, was exactly as described and is amazing. I couldn't be more happy. The products are great, the price is incredible and the customer support is probably the best I have come across. Highly recommend.”

“I have been looking for a reasonably priced monitor for my photographic hobby. I use Photoshop. I narrowed my search down to a Dell 24 inch U2417H. I then looked for the best price and found it for sale at NRG:IT. There was a bonus in that it did not have stand and I already knew that I would have to remove the normal one fitted to fit a desk stand with arm. I ordered it one evening and was pleased to receive it two days later. I am very satisfied with the monitor and the service from NRG:IT”

Thank you for your feedback and thank you also for the additional comments you sent via email. As discussed I am very sorry that you had a poor experience with your delivery. Our courier DPD has an excellent service record overall, and this is the main reason why we use them, but sadly no courier will have a 100% success rate and mistakes will occasionally happen.
