“I received a different model of monitor to the one I actually ordered. However, I immediately rang customer support who were friendly and helpful letting me keep the monitor that I had received until they were able to ship me the correct monitor at no additional cost. Despite the mishap I would still recommend this company to anyone due to their very competitive prices and excellent customers support with the ability to deal with problems effectively and efficiently.”

“Great fast service exactly when we expected product was delived ,even though ordered in xmas break. “I've not had any problem with my monitor, so I can't rate the costumer service for any particular issue. I was quite pleased with the item description, the packaging and the choice of courier: in my area DPD is really good and choosing them means that your items are treated well and you deal with a decent person. I was so happy with the quality and price of my monitor (the lowest I could find it by £30) that I recommended it to my partner, who bought it the same day and received it the day after his purchase. We were both overdue an upgrade, and the monitor I purchased looks really nice, has a nice height-adjustable stand and was generally such a good bargain we could not pass on it.”
