i bought 2 dell screens and they arrived faulty. They had dead corners which could have happened in transit. However, despite this, I got new screens sent out which arrived within two days (which is excellent as i live in Ireland not the UK). the faulty screens were collected when the new were dropped off. The process was simple, quick and pleasant. The customer service was outstanding and my new replacement screens are perfect. Would highly recommend this company as i dont think you would get a faulty product exchanged that quickly anywhere else, even dell themselves.

This company has been the best I have dealt with in a very long time. Friendly, informative, easy to order with and next day delivery. When the product came damaged they speedily resolved the situation with minimum fuss and disruption to myself. I have always said the true measure of a company is how they handle things when something goes wrong. Top marks to NRG:IT as they handled the situation very well leaving a very satisfied customer. I have already recommended them to several people.

The first monitor had a tiny bit of damage to it. A new one was checked over and dispatched immediately arriving in less than 24 hours even though it was a 220 mile journey! Amazing service and really appreciated the customer care, would definitely recommend them. Big thank you to Alex!!

The refurbished product sold was virtually indistinguishable from a brand new product. So extremely happy with the unpacked product. Product was fully operational out-of-the-box. Whilst examining more closely, I had detected an area of minor damage with the battery and battery compartment, but this was of no concern, nor had thoughts of returning the item for exchange or repair. I did however provide feedback to NRG, who were concerned and requested photos of the damage. Being aware that the damage would not impact on the laptop, and only apparent once the laptop was turned upside down, NRG did provide further assurance of the same and recorded the damage in case this did have any future impact. Overall, very impressed with the product and the level of service offered post-sale. If I have a minor criticism by which service could be improved upon - that would be the need to request an invoice to provide me with proof of my purchase and ownership. The invoice was emailed within a few hours of my request, but could have been included with the product when delivered. Many Thanks
