“I SAW AND ORDERED THE TV MONITOR THAT I WANTED LATE THAT SAME AFTERNOON, AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME AT AROUND THREE PM THE FOLLOWING DAY FANTASTIC SERVICE, AND VERBAL ASISTANCE PRIOR TO DELIVERY”

“Spoke to Alex on the phone - most helpful, got what i needed shipped to me quickly, so sales service all good - thanks Alex and the team - hope i dont have to find out how good the 3 year warranty is , but given the pre sales sales service and sales service im not to worried”

“Very honest / ethical people to deal with. Although I decided to return the machine I had bought within my statutory rights period, because it proved unsuitable for my purposes, nevertheless there was no argument / questioning on the part of the company. Alex proved to be brilliant in the advice he had given me all along, and whilst he did try his best to source an alternative solution, alas this did not happen. All in all, a pleasant company to deal with and I would recommend highly.”

“Great computer at an excellent price. Supposedly a 'second' with a minor scratch which actually polished out. Memory upgraded free at my request. DPD delivery with great flexibility, 1 hour time slot and real-time information on the whereabouts of the delivery van. Overall, a professional service that other online IT dealers could learn a lot from.”

“The monitor was like new and I'm very happy with it but the thing that I was most impressed with was the packaging. It was fantastic and I have never seen anything like it before. I'm willing to bet that NRG never get returns because of delivery damage. Well Done NRG”
