“I ordered a Dell 27" G-Sync monitor which unfortunately arrived with a small pressure mark on the screen. It’s easy to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings when things go well, but how companies respond to problems is a real mark of their commitment to customers, and at every stage of the process Alex was quick to respond, arranging for the monitor to be collected and issuing a rapid refund. 5-star service!”

“The staff, Alex, is very kind and helpful. He swiftly replied my inquire made online and further explained me the detail of the warranty for the monitor I bought. Yes. I was buying a refurbished product, but I received the best shopping experience I have ever have. Oh yes. The monitor work perfectly too.”

“I can't recommend this company more highly. The prices are great and the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with my initial order, but it was resolved professionally and to my complete satisfaction. “The level of the pre- and post-purchase customer service support was just fantastic! Alex from customer service not only gave me a fast and wonderful advice on which monitor suites better for my needs, but also instructed me over the phone (after I bought the monitor) how to install everything with me new computer. I was really impressed how friendly and helpful the people in the NRG:IT's calling centre are! Thank you, Alex!”

“Ordered a Dell Ultra Sharp UP2716D monitor. Best price I could find on the internet and received it within 3 working days, P&P free of charge.
