If you care about your stress, your money, your time, your family you should AVOID this company at all costs!!! This company and their services are like a VIRUS, like COROVA VIRUS if you want as it does not matter how bad you want to finish with them and how many emails you are sending to them they are ignoring everything lying and cheating on you every single moment, doing things behind your back and having a rip off strategy of lying, cheating and avoiding the truth even if you have back on wait proofs! Is like them all the time and even if you have proofs is still like them as they will constantly ignoring what you say!!! I have paid to this company £53,393.54 pounds in their accounts!!! They have provided me just stress in the last 18 months and now even if I have provided them notice since 9 December for a contract ending on 31st May they are still trying their dirty tricks to cheat, lie, still money and provide nothing but stress, lies, trying once again cheating and stealing on me things that are illegal in a modern world and a country like UK. We are not in jungle!!! REGUS / SpacesWorks ignoring notice with 6 months before the contract, ignoring video recorded with the links from their emails does not work, ignoring that they locked the office to a last month pregnant woman leaving her 4 hours in front of the door, never transferring my deposit from the other centre, ignoring 18 months of emails of complains and poor customer service! Cheating, lying, illegal, no dignity, no limit, no morals, no ethics! They are deleting every post and block every account you complain in social media! They cannot block and delete the Trustpilot showing 4000 Negative reviews of customers and how illegal they are "Providing" offices in the UK without having anyone checking on them and on their illegal activity cheating and stealing from people that are working hard for their families. #regus #RegusGlobal #Regus_UK #spacesworks #Liars #Shame #dignity #Respect #COVID__19 #coronavirus #reguslondon #corona #london #regus How come you have NO dignity, no respect, no limit? I have told you since 9 December 2019 (with 6 months before) that I do not want to renew any agreement that is ending 31st May and I even have your confirmation! Why you try to extend an agreement without my agreement? What you don't understand from this paragraph in plain English sent to you on 9 December 2019? "Once again to confirm in order to avoid unwanted discussions at a later stage: By replying to this email you agree that there would be absolutely no changes in our existing contract no extra responsibilities, the rent will stay the same, the length of the contract will stay the same with the end on 31st May 2020, there will be no move fees, no transfer fees, absolutely everything the same." This is illegal and should be reported!!! #regus #RegusGlobal #Regus_UK #spacesworks #Liars #Shame #dignity #Respect #COVID__19 #coronavirus #reguslondon #corona #london #regus

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Renting two offices from Regus was the worst business decision we ever made. Their attitude towards their customers was disdainful and to the point of corporate bullying in our experience. Their contracts and administration of contracts was unfair - to the point of unlawful, in my opinion. My business was put through hell and back by this company several times and with many examples. Two examples being 1) serious damage to our property (several hundred pounds) due to a burst pipe in the ceiling. Regus said it ‘wasn’t their problem’. Our office was unusable, yet they refused to give any other space and continued to charge rent. 2) Property went missing overnight in our office. At first Regus denied it, until we threatened to call the police for theft. At that point a note appeared from their cleaner saying he had accidentally broken the item during cleaning. Again, despite written evidence, Regus pulled the ‘its not our responsibility’ card again. We withheld rent until they accepted responsibility (several months.). During this time they changed the locks on our office etc. We again had to threaten legal action and at one point threatened to call the police. I eventually managed to reach a Director in the city of our office. (This is no easy task - Regus customers will be familiar with the fact that no customer facing staff member has any ability to actually provide any customer service at all. Instead all they can do is say ‘call the Account Helpdesk’. Any customer who has done this knows that it takes weeks to get any response, and most responses are brief and show absolutely no understanding of the issue raised, or desire to actually resolve it.) . During a call to the Director, for over an hour I was shouted at, to the point of verging on abuse. The Director did not follow up on the call or reply to further emails. These are only two examples - of which we had well over 15 during our time as a Regus customer, ranging from overcharging rent to serious data protection violations and everything inbetween. On the floor of our office I could not find one other customer in my whole time there who wasn’t experiencing problems and wasn’t disgusted at the systemic attitude of Regus towards its customers. Everyone I ever spoke to was counting down the time until they could leave for another provider. Nasty company - and it deserves Karma to catch up with it soon. I would thoroughly discourage anyone from going near this organisation, your life will be made hell and your business will be driven into the ground if your experience is anything like mine and all other Regus customers I’ve ever spoken to. Part of the reason for leaving a review here is that Regus delete all criticism from their social media. In my experience, putting something negative about their company leads to a ‘we’re really concerned, please contact us at... email.’ Type of meaningless customer service reply. This happened several times during my contract. After emailing the given address each time, no reply would be received, so I’d follow up on their social media again. At this point all previous posts would be deleted and the social media account I was using would be blocked from making further posts. This company has no interest in providing reasonable customer service, and even less interest in changing its approach to customers.

I have personally had the worst experience from any single company I have ever dealt with from REGUS. If you are reading this now considering moving into a Regus office, believe me when I say, if you do, you will 100% regret it. Don't do it. A short summary of an incident that happened: Signed up to a Virtual Office (Separate from where my Regus Office was located) This was set up by a new area manager who had no experience in using the system. The long and short of it was I had been signed up for 3x virtual offices by mistake. A mistake the area manager held his hands up about. I was told not to worry and they would resolve it. 11 months later I am STILL being harassed and bullied by their accounts department, Solicitors and debt collection agencies in regards to debt that had accrued from these VOs that event to this date the area manager agrees, he made a mistake. The problem Identidied is their account department is based in Barcelona. The UK has no authority to make ANY decisions when it comes to account cancellations no matter how high up in the company they are. The Aera manager literally give zero f*cks about you as a person. they care about getting a deal and hitting their targets. So when this area manager made this mistake, no one cares as this would take time away from them hitting their targets. The distress this has caused me, I have had my company blacklisted. I have literally spent over 35 hours trying to resolve this, to be told one week that everything has been sorted. to the next week receiving another phone call from a debt collection agency. NO Manager will reply to any of my emails anymore as they know they cant do anything. Crazy how a company can get away with this. I am now in the process of taking Regus to small claims court. I moved out of my Regus office because of this incident.

My office contract if finishing end of May, regus UK asked me to renew 3 months before the end of my contract, which I did to a month to month basis for after May, I paid for April and not used the office even once due to this pandemic, I am out of work, all sites are closed and you are asking me to pay for May and June as well before leaving you, this is not ethically correct, I stayed home as per government instructions and paid you for April without using the office once, I am giving you the option of paying even May but subject to downgrading my premium to co-working fee but not for June for god sake, you are seating on the contract I signed after May and asking me to pay for it as well without being able to use your offices once as I HAVE NO WORK, you putting your staff in danger by keeping your offices open and justify the request for full payment from small businesses, shame on you. Btw the option of 50% lower premium for April and May simply pathetic as you are asking people to stay another 3 months after that and pay off the 50% that you lowered for these 2 months. Your accounts are not reachable by phone so we only communicate by emails and they simply state once thing..once way..our way!! Shame on you, your support is pathetic!!!

"Ignored" - Regus completely ignore you, their customer service team is rude and doesn't want to hear from you. They hope to ignore you and that you will go away. Their reception team was consistently rude not only to me, but my team and visitors to the building. Clearly Regus have a rotten culture, I can't see how else their staff could be so rude. On numerous cases they charged my account with services I hadn't used without my consent. I am now fighting to try and get a refund of these charges and am completely ignored. The offices are clean but walls are super thin so you can hear everything from your neighbours. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs!

The office spaces are small but provide a service. The walls are thin and you can hear people in adjoining offices clearly, this does distract and could cause issues with confidentiality agreements depending on the nature of business. Staff are pleasant but completely ineffective if issues arise and simply lie to you in the hope you will go away! I moved the business out of these offices in January for the above reasons (giving notice at the end of December as per our contract). I also applied for our deposit back in December. It is now the end of March and we are still owed over £400. I have been given multiple excuses and promises, all broken. I am having to take legal action against them to get the money back. PLEASE AVOID!

Regus did not accept our US business address and refused to provide the services already paid for. They were, however, more than happy to charge our CC on a monthly basis. We finally managed to cut them off our CC. Regus then passed the case on to a debt collector Corporate Debt Solutions - Global which is now sending out payment requests and threaten with legal actions. The amount we supposedly owed changed every time we were in direct contact with Regus. Regus is a scam don't touch this business not even with a 20 ft pole. Take us to court and we will expose Regus's accounting practice.

This review is about Spaces, but Regus is their parent company and this describes my interactions with Regus support and billing staff. Spaces is Regus and I should have known better having read all the negative reviews about them. I was even advised by a random guy on the street (a lawyer), as I was visiting a Regus office, to stay away from them. My situation with Spaces: had a 3 month contract with them. They were always billing 1.5 months in advance. When I asked to cancel they billed me one more month ("system error") then they charged £600 exit fee for vacating the premises ("system error") and now, 4 months later, they still haven't refunded me my initial deposit. Every email to their abysmal customer service (guess what, Regus') takes two weeks to get a response - yet no resolution. It's only £180 but I guess I'll end up taking them to court - that's no way to treat a customer. And it's a shame, for what it's worth the service (while it worked) was great.
