“We were lied to on the call when we enquired. They will not provide the calls. You can't view all the Ts & Cs as there are broken links. If you try to complain you get passed pillar to post. There were plenty of other options for a business address with less hassle. We thought Regus had a good name so decided to go with them. We are nearly 2 weeks into trying to get this resolved and are getting nowhere”
“Absolutely nothing positive to say. They lie, cheat, overcharge, don’t return deposits and worst they simply. They reply to criticism on Trustpilot with the name of a lady that actually doesn’t exist and act as though they are helping, but actually do nothing. Absolutely hundreds and hundreds of real genuine negative reviews. Be aware that they put up reviews which are INVITED too. That means that they has been asked by Regus to put a review. I prefer encouraged as a slightly more accurate description. Organic reviews which are just normal customers who feel compelled to put a review because of the way they have been treated. If you look at this you will see that over 90% of review are 1 star. Don’t ignore them!”

“My experience at Regus has been great. I really appreciate all the little touches and accommodations that make this office so great to work in. Though I work by myself, having a shared work space with other people allows me to be connected throughout the work day. My clients love being welcomed by the receptionist. It is an added touch that makes their experience that much more meaningful. The receptionist/office manager is helpful and attentive when I have any needs and just delightful as the anchor of this office space. “My office is just OK. It is hot all of the time, I have a person in an office in back of me that talks really loud, swears, and I feel like I have to have noise in the background to drown him out. I had to get a noise cancelling microphone so customers would not hear him. Additionally, I got a charge on my account for something that I never asked for and had to fight to get it removed.”
