“Very little positive as yet. Items arrived in good time but were of a different size to my order. Then advised to send them back. Happy to do so- but still awaiting confirmation from them of postal charges. This is really frustrating as I wanted items this weekend.”

“Parcel of boots arrived on time and well wrapped. Sadly my normal size doesn't fit at all. Have emailed Reid Outdoors and have not (yet) had a response back. Not impressed. Previous experience was ok, but now not inclined to return as a customer.”
