Brittany couldnt have been more helpful and proactive. She sorted everything out and was very sympathetic to my inconvenience, giving me a 10% discount for my troubles. The problem had nothing to do with her, yet she took it upon herself to make up for the error and represented Reitmans with great professionalism.”
