“We have just moved for the first time in 36 years so it was a daunting prospect to start with but moving from Grays to Driffield in East Yorkshire was always going to be tricky. We brought a new build and was at exchange when our buyer dropped out so had to remarket but Will was terrific and kepts all arrangements on hold until we were in a sold position again. This time all went through quickly but we had to have all our goods put into storage for a number of weeks.
Will and Jaimie came on moving day and very professionally loaded up into storage all our possessions. We then had 8 weeks between selling and moving into our new house.
All dealings with Will were 5* and we felt reassured that delivery to Yorkshire would be smooth.
Will and Jaimie arrived at our new home in the time frame they gave us, unloaded efficiently and were on their way back to Essex just over 2hrs later.
From start to finish our dealimgs with Reliable were spot on, none of our possessions were damaged or mistreated, everything was returned as it left us.
We have no hesitation in recommending Will and his team for removals to anyone.

“Up to very high standard service! Had my removal on 17th July 2019, everything went well, only the removal guys had no time left to assemble my wardrobe, I was upset and left disappointed. I was very surprised when the following day the manager John came back and assembled my 2 wardrobes without extra charge! “We have used this company 3 times over many years (even when we moved abroad) and with all the logistics involved in that, based on their pricing, can-do attitude and the courtesy displayed by their removals team, I think they would be hard to beat. We recently moved over a 2-day period of torrential rain, very cold temperatures and strong winds and, despite this, they kept going, especially when the gazebo had to be reinstalled in the appalling weather conditions. “Tried to book a moving date for a week ! Was constantly told different dates communication was really bad! At short notice everything it eas changed again and made me cry ! in the end I cancelled and looked for another removalist !”

Secondly we have been in business for over 25 years, servicing thousands of clients every year. Our unique booking system allows you to select a provisional move date in advance & we don’t take other work that will prevent us being available; this allows you to go ahead and exchange in the knowledge that you have a removal company booked in for your chosen date. If a suggested date is already fully booked we offer our customers other available dates that can be held.
Short notice changes can be very difficult for us to cater for; we do, where possible, change our operational plans to allow for last minute bookings, cancellations and postponements. Again we are truly sorry that we couldn't assist you with your move this time.
