“As someone has stated on this website the company do not give a toss about people's belongings. We have had several items smashed even though they were packed correctly and boxes marked fragile. I had crystal smashed that was passed down from my belated mother they won't take responsibility for. Limited edition Stellla Glass smashed A 43incj TV broken and many more items gone missing and we are still left with boxes we have yet to open along with original vinyls which had been manhandled. The company stayed outside their 7 day policy and I signed on the removal day. This is nit a way to run a company. Despicable and the staff are rude when speaking to them on the phone. Stay away do not use.”
“Terrible company. Some of our family's belongings went missing when in the hands of this company. Collectable coins being one of those things. The company boss doesn't do anything about negative feedback, just ignored you. Had to involve the police. Stay well away!”

They even put my two heavy plant pots in the front garden under two windows without even asking me where I want them. I won’t remove them because it was just perfect. And I always think of them when I water them.

“We used their packing and removal. Horrible customer service which did not care about missing items. Despite our generosity we noticed that a few items went missing such as gift cards, expensive nail polish, perfume and scarf. we approached the manager to report lost/stolen items. He did not bother at all, as it was more than 7 days of the policy ( it took long to open all boxes) , he also said as we checked behind the van and signed the paper it meant we had all our items ( as if gift cards were supposed to be left in the van?). Also, workers tried to hide the marks we left on boxes that they did not deliver carefully so that we could not check them out ASAP. The workers slowed down the service from midday due to being hungry despite being offered lunch and offered time to eat. Wished to read other costumer reviews before contracting as now we could see other costumers who had been victims of similar or even worse experiences.”
