“I am still waiting for a confirmed order to arrived. I have not received a shipping notice yet but I am wondering what is taking so long. Do I need to cancel and order elsewhere?”

“I only received one of the 2 filters I ordered and paid for. I had to contact you AND send pictures to prove only one came. You sent me an email that you were an in-between, not the supplier. You should have gone to the supplier and asked them how many they sent, I shouldn't have to have sent the pictures to prove what I got. I have gotten an email that the other one has been sent but I have not received it yet. I will NOT buy from you again.”

“I like the filters I use from filter.com. I’ve been using them for about two years now I get the maximum airflow and filter blocked all particles except for dust that will not block your A-frame on your air conditioning or heater so I ordered another two boxes of the last two years I recommendfilter.com. The price is very reasonable thank you.”
