“I’ve been blown away by using this company for insurance on our hire car in Spain. “I took action by reporting the incident to the authorities even though I was defrauded on a fraudulent trading website and couldn't access my trading account. But as of yet, no answer has been offered. “I will not use Rentalcover ever again. They don't keep you informed until threatened. Then their currency exchange rate is ridiculous if your damage bill is in CAD and you live in the USA. Even after telling them exactly how many dollars I was charged, they still stiffed me $20.”

“They didn't make me happy, I paid for insurance for Southern Ireland, for Europacar rental, when I arrived at the airport they would not rent me a car with rentalcover.com insurance, I was not made aware that this could or would happen, I had to pay for insurance again as I had arrived in Ireland and had no choice.”
