“I have used quite often. I had a soft collision last summer and was charged by the rental company 900 euros excess. I had no problem to claim the money back from Rentalcover. In my experience is easy and fast to contract online, cheap and reliable.”

“a reasonable fee, hassle-free claiming process. Small scratches had been made on the alloy wheel of the rented car, rental company invoiced me more than 200 Euros (wonder if the really repairs it, or only collecting the money). First i had to pay it to the rental company, but afterwards, RentalCover paid it to me (this is the official way of working). The money was on my bank account in 2 days.”

“I got full coverage with RentalCover for my car rental in South Africa. Once we were home we received an invoice from Avis for scratches on one of the tires.The amount had already been deducted from my credit card. I immediately got in touch with RentalCover who were prompt, efficient and easy to deal. They made each step of the claim simple and uncomplicated to follow and the refund was in my bank within a week. Its so refreshing to find a company in this field who stand by what they say. I will definitely use them in any of my future car rentals and will happily recommend them to family and friends.”

“We used Rental Cover to provide our insurance on a 17-day car rental in Sicily in February 2019. We did sustain minor damage during the rental, but our claim was handled quickly and efficiently, once the appropriate online documentation was supplied to them. We received our payment within the promised 3-day window, and we were very pleased with the efficiency and timeliness with which our claim was handled.”

“Ich hatte einen Reifenschaden in Südafrika. Ich habe den Wagen danach ausgetauscht und erhielt ein neues Fahrzeug. Für den Schaden wurden mir CHF 230.- zusätzlich belastet, welcher mir vollumfänglich von Rentalcover zurück erstattet wurde. Wichtig ist, dass man im Besitz aller Belege ist...”

“Hi everybody, soy residente chileno, tuve un accidente leve con un auto de alquiler en Sudáfrica, la compañía de alquiler Bidvest me cobró un platal por eso sin avisarme (400 euros), y les costó mucho darme los papeles que lo justifique además...pero gracias a la full cobertura que había contratado en Rental Cover la historia no terminó mal, porque en 1 semana de gestión ellos fueron capaces de reembolsarme 350 euros (casi todo). Fue fácil entregarles los papeles, siempre fueron buenos comunicadores, y además fueron rápidos. En suma, la cobertura de Rental Cover me costó 100 dolares y me dio 400, o sea, parece ser una compañía muy responsable y eficiente y se lo agradezco!”

“Very efficient and easy to notify an issue. All that in spite to the very big chaos with the languages. Since I book from a German page and later book the car in Spanish they wrote me one time in German, another time in English or Spanish...anyway, I`ll use it again.”
