“Total scam. Be careful! They ask you for 2 full deposit by immediate bank transfer to see the property. Then they say your transfer isn't arrived within 24 hours so they can't schedule the visit. The landlord gaslights you by saying your payment takes a lot. Spoiler: they will confirm your payment and then disappear. When you ask them to arrange the visit they say an agent will contact you. This never happens though. When you ask for a refund, they don't answer. They will be contacted soon by our lawyer.”

“I am an investor and a real estate broker. Rentola had a posting of my property for lease posted by a fraudster. I asked Rentola to remove the post. They did not, so I contacted the fraudster by joining with the required $2 fee. Then Rentola started demanding a premium membership $55 and did not reply to my emails about my complaint. I would not be surprised half of their postings are fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”

I am making a complain about them to the Dutch consumer rights.
I did not use the service they offer. No real house option just pointing to other sites.
Their site is appearing in house rental searches. One can easily subscribe for 1 euro but it is a nightmare to unsubscribe before the trial period. Customer service reacts only after trial period so they can send the invoice for month and it cannot be objected.”

I got charged $55 from random ad website after clicked one of the word START subscription.
No follow up information whatsoever, admin intentionally left the wrong email address so nobody could ever send them emails or complains. Avoid to subscribe at any cost! This is useless money sucking website that only had old listings.”
“I receive constantly emails after 3 times unsubscribing. Now I tried to unsubscribe one more time after another email, amd I got notificacion that I already filled up the unsubscribtion form.
I don't know about the service and I haven't rent anything from Rentola, so I can only talk about the email list experience.”
