“ On the Weds I asked for another update, it had been ordered and was to come from Germany, great news, next day delivery. ”

“ On the 15th I get a text saying they require parts and I will be kept up to date by phone or text on the dispatch then no contact after so I phoned again on the 4th April and was then told the parts haven't arrived yet I asked when they might arrive then they said they didn't know what the expected delivery date was as they hadn't been ordered, when I asked why I was then told the parts wasn't available to order so if they become available then they will order them? If you go on Delonghi website they link to another spares company named 4delonghi which has all the parts this company claim isn't available so wouldn't buy Delonghi again after this as can not even get simple repairs done for them and Repaircare from my experience just seem like a very unprofessional company who just "care" about getting payments and not actually doing anything after it. ”

“ Absolutely shocking. Terrible service. Scam.took money upfront on 11.12.2019. for repair. Repair still not done. I got told twice the part was on order and they were waiting for it to be delivered. I then found the needed part online with next day delivery! Called them back to tell them this. Since then 2 engineer visits have been cancelled by the engineer company. Still no repairs one. 1 month later ”
