“Do not use this company. Been trying since July (it's now November) for a refund as the repair to my washing machine would have cost a lot more than the £139.00 I had paid and they declined the repair. Fair enough. But, to date, after numerous calls to them, at premium rates, I still haven't received my refund. Today I was told to forward copies of my Credit Card Statement to them to prove I hadn't received my refund. Worst company I've had the misfortune to use. Beware.”
