“Docs are good although service is very slow. When they make mistakes, even making small changes takes a long time.
They say on the website that they'll send you a printed copy on high quality paper but when you ask for this, they refuse to do this.”

So tried “ replace your documents “ …. Different website and guess what …. Same company.
No responses and after couple days we can’t help response. Again why can’t you and nothing back.
Went only and sorted elsewhere.
Really bad communication and I would advise go elsewhere.”
