"For starters reservation stays booked me a room at a hotel that did not exist. The hotel is the Crowne plaza located in Bloomington Minnesota. Now they want me to give them proof from the front desk that I actually had a room there, except that the hotel is permanently closed, if you see them come up with a really great price run as fast as you can because their information is not accurate and it appears that they want the charge to go through even though the hotel did not exist and that just goes to show how unethical they are and that they are thieves and they will steal your money. please read the reviews first I did not do that and I wish I had. I would\u2019ve saved myself a lot of heartache. In addition to this good luck waiting in queue. You will wait behind 150 people and if you opt to have them call you back they do not call you back."

Received email from reservation Stays, also stating \"hotel at fault\" and that they would contact within 20 minutes \r\nNever received a call and they won't respond to calls or multiple emails. $156+ for 15 minutes in the lobby looking at a bug filled green pool. This was travel for family death, not vacation. Added salt to the wound."

"The worst experience ever. \r\nI've booked a double room in a hotel through Reservation Stays, HUGE MISTAKE. \r\nThe hotel got a reservation for a single room and refused to respect a double room voucher from Reservation Stays.\r\nI tried to correspond via email and they \"closed the inquiry\" on me.\r\nTried to call them but the phone number they send in their emails is incorrect, I assume that they intentionally publish a wrong number.\r\nWhen reached them through the phone published on their website, they disconnected the call 3 times. When finally succeeded to talk with a support representative, they recognized their mistake but couldn't agree with the hotel to transfer me to a double room. Said that they will refund me but just now seen the refund amount and it's not what they promised so now I need to open a PayPal claim with them and loose time and energy again.\r\nDon't come near this company if you value your time and energy!"
