“Since I began teaching resin craft in my workshop combined with egg crafting I have used resin8 products with great success. They are easy to use and never fail to give excellent results , even for beginners. I love the range of co.ours and textures and the staff are always on the end of the phone for advice . All in all a brilliant company.”

“I would give it a 0 star if I could but it won't allow me to. My order was not sent and they could not even track my order. Then told I would get a replacement order causing me a delay in a project I was trying to complete for a customer. I asked if all items would be available that I wanted in the replacement order because I bought them on sale. They told me there were no issues. The replacement didn't arrive, so I had to contact again and asked for tracking numbers, they said to that it would turn up the next day. Then the order turned up with items missing and no refund provided. I had to contact again and get a refund with no explanation provided, every step of the way I was fobbed off with poor customer service!”

“Brilliant company, the products are fantastic. I didn’t receive my first order but their customer service got back to me straight away an immediately sent out my order again. A friendly and genuine company. I will always order my resin products from Resin8”

“I am new to working with resins and found the Resin8 site on a general search. I gave them a call and found them to be knowledgeable and very helpful. Having chosen what I needed, I placed an order with faster delivery, as my project had a deadline. Unfortunately, Royal Mail messed up and lost the parcel. With the deadline fast approaching, I contacted customer service and received a speedy response. Without any argument, they arranged a next day delivery at no cost, and the project was completed on time. Full marks to Resin8 for great service all round!”

“I tried to place an order late last night 2 get the Black Friday prices (around 11pm). However yr on line system wd not let me get a postage estimate & told me to email you 4 an estimate. Thx 4 yr email but unfortunately that means I have missed out on the black weekend offers as my order cd not be processed by you. I took a screen shot of my basket to show the message I got. It is very disappointing to miss out on sale prices because your system displays a message & won’t allow u to place an order. I am very disappointed to have missed out. My email did ask if u wd honour the sale prices as yr system wd not let me place an order by the deadline time.”
