“All good arrived on time and are as described - excellent products. However packaging was poor and both jesmonite containers where cracked.”

“The product is really good. I'm currently waiting for my tester dice to cure, so very excited. Only hiccup I had was that when the package arrive it was dämpa and sticky on the inside of the bag containing the resin, along with the caps not opening properly. But barring that, fantastic stuff. Long work time which is really helpful as a new resin maker.”

“Lovely glossy resin, the finish of my products is great, the only minor issue I have with the coat it resin is that it does form a very bubbly film when drying, you have to keep on top of the bubbles with a heat gun to burst them away, once you have sorted the bubbles you are left with a very shiny product.”

Thank you Elaine, if you would like to return this please do get in touch - if you would like something more lilac in colour may I recommend Highland Heather. “Todo ha sido genial excepto el precio de envío. Creo que ahora mismo hay muchas opciones de transporte internacional y sería genial que las personas de otros países (más los que están tan cerca como España) podamos tener alguna opción de envío más razonable para seguir accediendo a sus fantásticos productos. Es la primera vez que compro resina epoxy y quería hacerlo con alguna tienda de confianza, pero si encontrara otra en la que el precio de envío no fuera tan tan alto. Por lo demás, estoy muy contenta e ilusionada con los productos. Muchas gracias :)”

“Mostly great but a couple of issues - one mould tore on the first usage (although I was very careful) and another set didn't really work as it should (the pegs - the fastenings don't actually fit the pegs and tehrefore don't work; also, with a mould to make multiple but only 3 fasteners, the mould becomes useless). Otherwise delighted to find somewhere that specialises!”

Dear Laura Sorry you encountered some pesky bubbles, luckily there are lots of ways to get rid of them. All of our resins have built-in bubble release properties, but if you have ‘whipped up’ the resin when stirring you will have introduced a lot of air into the mix. Bubbles will start to dissipate by themselves approximately an hour or so after pouring. However, if you pass a heat gun or torch over the surface of unset resin the bubbles will rise to the top and pop. Using a craft heat gun is recommended for glass-like finishes on resin art. Do not use your heat gun for more than a few seconds and make sure you hold it at least 30cm away from your resin creation. You could also try using a flame to release bubbles but PLEASE BE CAREFUL if you have added colours such as alcohol inks to the resin – these are flammable! Keep a naked flame away from resin in silicone moulds. You will degrade the mould and shorten its lifespan. We really hope this helps Sarah Resin8

“I really like this resin and hardener I would’ve given it a five the only problem I had with the drips from the top of the bottle. I think the top should come with an alternative so that you can pour it through a little spout if you want to. All that being said it is a great resin And I would recommend it”

Thank you for this review Tina, I can see you have purchased alcohol inks in the past and because these are flammable we have to ship this via courier hence the slightly inflated cost.
