“Items are always high quality and arrive on time, well packaged and undamaged. I’ve ordered perhaps 25 times and have only ever had 1 issue where a jar lid unscrewed in transit with the contents emptying into the little zip lock bag it was in - Resin8 customer service was super helpful and sent a replacement straight away.”

“Your web site used to be very good, now it is terrible I have had to log in as a new customer twice and this then doesn't allow me to use points I have gained over many years of being a customer. I have emailed you about this with no reply!”

Hi there, We sent an email to all of our wonderful customers back in January - explaining that we had moved to a new website in order to be able to offer even more craft supplies. With this, customers needed to re-register, once you have done this we can then transfer the points across for you. If you email us - we will do that for you. info@resin8.co.uk Your points will still be there, they just need to manually move them across. Thank you

“Very happy with my order, first of all the Black Friday discounts were amazing and I was happy to support an indie business rather than going to Amazon ect. I like the fact that you also use a British independent delivery company who were very timely and trust worthy. The measuring cups are great, I love the fact that they are wider and shorter enabling me to be able to see if there are any streaks while mixing. The rings are great quality, the only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is that these rings are a bit thick for most projects! Resin 8 should really get thinner ones as that’s what you want when working with jewellery. Would order from you again”
