The worst...died out after a week's use, and I use it only at night, 3-4 puffs, to relax and listed to music.

Hi all, as most of you will be aware sadly Resin8 has closed and is in liquidation. We were the primary resin supplier to Resin8. Their Coat-it, Cast-it, Fill-It, Heat-Resist and Alcohol inks were all from Eli-Chem Resins in the U.K. ( www.elichem.co.uk ). We can assist you to provide continuity of supply. Thanks.

Great fast delivery Moulds give a good finish Disappointed that I left a review about body mould only giving two stars and it never appeared but I see a 5 star review has just appeared I think the body moulds will only be a one or two use as extremely difficult to get the object out of the mould

Beautifully packed and quick delivery. Although my Jesomite jewellery broke for three castings. So I couldn’t make any jewellery. The resin sets very slowly so I ended up buying my regular resin as I’ve had a more reliable outcome using that.

As mentioned in your previous review, let me just clarify the exact situation. You ordered 7kg of product to be shipped from the UK to Peru. This is expensive. As we say in our shipping policy, we have to get a quote for all heavy items that need to be shipped internationally. Here is the exact wording: "For international orders our delivery calculator might not give you an accurate price as the price fluctuates each day by area. If this is the case, we will contact you with the accurate delivery charge." We did this, and gave the price to you, which you were not happy with. You asked us to break this product down into smaller pieces (which is not physically possible) and became so angry with us that in order to please you we sent the parcel (at a loss to us) as a gesture of goodwill. All of our products are priced excluding VAT, which has to be paid by the recipient on delivery. This is made clear on our website in the shipping policy.

DISAPPOINTED After buying and paying everything even the shipping cost that was shown and getting the purchase and payment confirmation they wrote me an email asking to pay more because " the curier was asking for a rise" ??????? I denied to do that! Why on earth a enterprise will do that??? After all i didn't pay it they said the package will be send as a "GESTURE" but what they did was sending a pre pay package, so to be able to clear in customs i have to pay or the package will be destroyed!! I will be filling a statement at ADR!! This will not be forgotten. Be careful if you buy from overseas!!!!!

Managed to find exactly what I needed elsewhere without any problems. Here it was drama. Let's just say. Customer lost. Won't be recommending. But don't think the company is that bothered anyway.

Our email correspondence on the 8th of July was simply to alert you that we do not believe resin is food safe; studies show that it should not come into direct contact with the mouth. We really pride ourselves on being honest with our customers. Whilst we could make more sales selling our resin as a food-safe product, it simply is not and therefore not ethical to do so. Was looking for mica powder and ended up on a page with liquid or paste colour(how and why i have no idea). With there being no reference to size, when you open the package it is very disappointing to see it in your hand and coupled with the extortionate prices for the item and delivery, I wouldnt recommend the company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Dear Iain I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the size of your opaque colour paste, as you only need the smallest amount on the end of a cocktail stick people often find a pot will last over a year. When I used the white forget me not flowers, I noticed they were extremely smaller in comparison to the blue and yellows ones I also ordered. They were also very thin and translucent before I even tried to cast them in the resin. They were extremely see through when I put them into resin. They were also breaking apart really easily. The blue ones were perfect but the yellow ones varied in colour, some were vibrant and others weren’t. I’ve ordered from resin 8 lots of times and always have been pleased but, I’m very disappointed in the white forget me not flowers 🙁

Ordered on Boxing Day during the sale, with no notification on their website that they would not be posting until 4th Jan - that was only mentioned in an automated email sent after you ordered. Then was emailed after 4th Jan because there was so many orders that it would take at least another week to dispatch it. All shipped from a UK address to a UK address, took about 3 weeks to arrive. And the resin is the worst resin I've used (I've tried 7 or 8 other brands over the years) it's super bubbly and no good to me.

I would give it a 0 star if I could but it won't allow me to. My order was not sent and they could not even track my order. Then told I would get a replacement order causing me a delay in a project I was trying to complete for a customer. I asked if all items would be available that I wanted in the replacement order because I bought them on sale. They told me there were no issues. The replacement didn't arrive, so I had to contact again and asked for tracking numbers, they said to that it would turn up the next day. Then the order turned up with items missing and no refund provided. I had to contact again and get a refund with no explanation provided, every step of the way I was fobbed off with poor customer service!

I tried to place an order late last night 2 get the Black Friday prices (around 11pm). However yr on line system wd not let me get a postage estimate & told me to email you 4 an estimate. Thx 4 yr email but unfortunately that means I have missed out on the black weekend offers as my order cd not be processed by you. I took a screen shot of my basket to show the message I got. It is very disappointing to miss out on sale prices because your system displays a message & won’t allow u to place an order. I am very disappointed to have missed out. My email did ask if u wd honour the sale prices as yr system wd not let me place an order by the deadline time.
