“I love your products and would buy from you again and again. But with my last order, unfortunately, one of the colors(white) has broken and the paint has leaked. I wanted to complain about it on your website, but there is purely nothing. Is there any way to get a refund here?”

“Very happy with my order, first of all the Black Friday discounts were amazing and I was happy to support an indie business rather than going to Amazon ect. I like the fact that you also use a British independent delivery company who were very timely and trust worthy. The measuring cups are great, I love the fact that they are wider and shorter enabling me to be able to see if there are any streaks while mixing. The rings are great quality, the only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is that these rings are a bit thick for most projects! Resin 8 should really get thinner ones as that’s what you want when working with jewellery. Would order from you again”

“Great products, a small amount definitely goes a long way. I gave it 4 stars only because I noticed that the white pigment I got, had a lot less in the container then the other pigments”

Thank you Allana Our pigments are potted by weight, some of the pigments are a bit thicker and you will need less of these in your mixes. They of course weigh a little more than those with a thinner consistency so it does appear that you have less in the actual pot. I do hope that eases any concerns. With very best wishes Sarah Resin8

Hello Sarah Our pigments are potted by weight, some pigments are thicker than others and will weigh more so the pots will not appear full to the top - if you are concerned please do weigh them and let us know if there are any problems (info@resin8.co.uk) With very best wishes Sarah Resin8

“As it was my first time, I didn't order much.. however I feel I need to order more as I don't have the necessary equipment in order to mix and how much to use / mix together as there are no instructions to follow. Will see how I get on with them and maybe order more. Delivery was fast though taking into account the postal strikes.”

Dear Jeanette You may find a standard mixing kit helpful if you do not have one, instructions for use will be on the resin bottles and indicate if you need to use a 1:1 mix or a 2:1 mix.
