Everything I'm to share is documented and verifiable. This company lied straight to my face and tried to blame it on the hurricanes that hit the East coast. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I placed my order and gave a 5k on 9/13/24. I was emailed on 10/16/24 that my estimated shipped was 10/25/24 only to me emailed on 10/28/24 that my fabric had not even arrived at the factory. Mind you that I had paid them, in full, on 10/24/25. How can you offer an estimated ship date WITHOUT EVEN CONFIRMING THAT THE FABRIC WAS IN-HOUSE!!!!! Therefore, RestaurantFurniture.net, you either lied to my face or your company is completely incompetent in regards to internal communication. Or maybe it's both? My furniture finally arrived 2 weeks later with a fabric that I had no choice but to accept because my original fabric was actually not available and they had no idea when it would be. Meanwhile, the delay forced me to move my Grand Opening, which cost me an additional 6k in labor!!!! I gave this company an opportunity to resolve this privately, they ignored me. This company deserves every bit of the this review. You mess with the bull, you get the horns.

Hi Angelo, I sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with our company. We are committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction, but unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond our control. The order in question involved custom materials. As soon as your order was placed, our purchasing department ordered the required materials. We received the shipment in mid-October, but unfortunately, the manufacturer did not notify us that the shipment was incomplete. This issue only became apparent when we began upholstering that part of your order. Typically, upholstery materials arrive complete from the manufacturer, so this was an unusual situation. As soon as we discovered the issue, we immediately reached out to you and offered a replacement material. By that point, the booths were already 80% completed, with only the back upholstery remaining. After you confirmed the replacement fabric, we ordered it and expedited the completion and shipping of your order. I deeply regret the delay and assure you that we worked as quickly as possible to resolve the situation. Sometimes in manufacturing, unforeseen challenges arise, but we do everything in our power to minimize their impact. I also want to acknowledge the multiple emails you sent expressing satisfaction with the quality of the products and the order itself. In those emails, you mentioned that you would post a positive review if we refunded you $6,000. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We ordered patio table tops for our puc back in February. After numerous shipping delays, they finally arrived in June—only to be the wrong tables and size. When we reached out for help, we were connected with Wendy Kark, who initially promised to send the correct tables. After several attempts for updates, she eventually offered a refund instead. We agreed since it was no longer in our interest to deal with this company. She assured us the refund would appear on our credit card statement, but it never did. Despite countless emails and phone calls, we’ve received no response or refund as promised. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and we were completely scammed. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company; they will make broken promises and take your money without any accountability.

I was promised my tables in 2-3 week I received them 7 weeks later only 4 tables. Now that I received them 6 weeks later I get a 337.00 charge on my card said a lift fee that I did not use for 4 table tops. They are fraudulent and I will be fighting this case very unacceptable.

Wendy in "customer service" should look up what the meaning of her job title is. She is very rude and short. I will update my review once I receive my product (that no one can give me a timeframe on shipping) but based off of my service so far this seems to be a one and done purchase from this company for me.

I ordered from this company and they gave me a ship date and then didn't ship by that date - twice. It's been 2 months and my order still has not shipped. The company never called or emailed to let me know they didn't meet the ship date. I reached out to them each time.
