“I was extremely frustrated trying to find the problem with my computer. I contacted Restoro and with the help of their technician, Arjay C my computer is working fine now. He spent quite a while doing the necessary repairs and I am glad I made the purchase of their online support/repair”

“No complaints, pc had to be restored from zero so i lost access to my key at first but after one email it was reactivated again without problems. Program is working just fine and the few times i have needed customer service it has been 10/10.”

“The techs kept working on the pc until they got the problem solved. I don't know much about returns or refunds. The price was quite high, but suppose it's worth it if it keeps the pc up & working securely.”

“I had a blank window appear in the middle of my screen and saw a Restoro icon on my task bar, which said "Restoro warning". Nothing I did would remove the blank window. So, I uninstalled Restoro, and as it was being uninstalled, the annoying blank window was removed. To get Restoro going again, I had to contact Restoro to reissue my activation code. The team at Restoro were most helpful. Thank you for your speedy service.”

“My computer will not restart after running restoro and restore points are not working. Customer service did not reply for a week. When I emailed them again requesting help they did get back to me and have tried to resolve my issues via message which was helpful and I liked the assistant who I was dealing with. The issue is not yet resolved but fingers crossed it can be sorted as they have said I can contact them again if their suggestions don't work. At this point in time I wish I did not purchase this software.”

“Everything went fine until the engineer started asking questions that I didn't know about and he expected an answer that I could not give him he kept saying that the answer was not the one he expected, I am 76 yrs. old, I am computer illiterate, I've got very frustrated and want to end the call, he is the engineer not me, I hope I don't have to deal with this situation again, for everything else I am satisfied, Alexa is working again, in the App I found a feature that said repair and I clicked on it and it worked fine Alexa is responding like before and the computer is working fine, or at least that I can tell, thank you for your patience”
