“I was a bit disappointed at first because they promised me a call back I have waited for more than 3 hours but no one called me luckily I had a very good agent who worked on my computer and fix my printing problem in just 5 minutes and explained to me everything over all im happy with the last guy that worked on my computer.”

“Their ad is misleading. You pay $27.95 for ONE use of the software while at the bottom of the ad it states unlimited use for one year. They neglect to remove that statement. Who wants to buy software you use one time for that amount of money??? I bought this with the idea I could use it for a year. This is not worth the money for only one time use! I feel used and abused. I worked with a person over the phone and should have been told. This is fraud! Very unhappy. I am reporting them to the BBB.”
