“I notified you that restoro did not fix registry issues such as "access denied on this server" and notified you that I do not want your service. You charged me $30.12 and have not refunded it even though I notified you within the "30 day free trial for windows users" time period. I am using M..warebytes instead now and disputing the charges thru my Visa card company. Shameful !”

“While it took a while, it appears the difficulties I was having have been corrected, the most important of which was the Trojan. I was unaware of the Trojan before the analysis was performed, so I am grateful to Restoro for identifying it and removing it.”
