“I would actually like to keep the product but it is impossible to use. I paid for this product, copied the license key and when I finally found where to enter it, the key was gone and there was no way to recopy it.”

“I have been a customer for over 3 years. Every automatic renewal, my license key does not work. There is no phone number to get in touch with a live person. When I send a request for help, all I get is a discount for a new subscription. I shouldn’t have to get another subscription ( even at a discount) when I’ve already paid for the year. When the product is unlocked, it works great.”
