“Ela S was very helpful in resolving my issues first with getting the message that my subscription was expiring even though I recently renewed it and then helped me figure out that I inadvertently purchased a new key rather than renewing the one I currently own and assisted in submitting a refund and then to boot helped me get logged back into my online account. Thank you very much.”

“Shipping ... Licence key not sent as I forward from the email i use in public to my private gmail account. However, support responded, and after 24 hours was up and running - that's mid day saturday to mid day sunday. Two hours later it is 70% fixed - over 6,000 issues fixed out of over 8,500. Seems like it is a dream !”

“In the beginning, you stated that the initial repair was free. Nothing was repaired, only the problems indicated. I was given three different choices (years) option with the prices, however indicating that this cost would be yearly.”
