“excellent help, helped us out quickly somewhat better performance but when i turn computer on getting to opers, or microsoft is slow moving not good, representative was good but towards end of conversation pushed us along trying to hang up quickly, rather rude, dont know amt i spent 199. plus tax was worth it, think not”
