“I called for a maintenance check today 5/27/22 at 10:45 am. I just finished at 3:14pm. This is unacceptable! My support Representative was Arnel R. There was a 2 hour span of time that I heard nothing from him and I had to call your office 3 times. I was reconnected with Arnel R. two times. Please fix this problem with your service.
