Restoro were very fast.. responding to my problems The computor was repaired by a very competed technicion and is now as good as new.

Marlon helped me immensely to clean up my computer of unnecessary items that were slowing me down. I appreciate that he was able to take control of the computer and work and has restored it to me so quickly and effortlessly on my part.

I called the help number and in a few minutes I was connected to Marlon. Marlon went through a trouble shooting process to find out what needed to be done. I do not have the ability to navigate the solution or even attempt one. Marlon took control of the computer and quickly did the correct process to solution. I very much appreciate the work and excellent communication skill to explain what steps we needed to take to solve the problem. Definitely 5 stars!!

I had a long time trying to resolve the problem of getting into the log me in so that the techs could help me. However, once that was solved the rest of my problems were resolved 1 making sure my Macafee was loaded 2 stopping my game crashing and not loading 3 uninstalling an unwanted programme. However, with the patience of Cindy P all was resolved once she was able to get into and work on my PC. Much appreciated Cindy.

I appreciate that the Restoro employees are always so polite and that they work very hard at trying to fix whatever the problem is. (There was one time that they were online for almost 8 hours trying to fix a problem that I had. They tried everything until there was nothing else they could do. The final diagnosis was a bad hard drive. I took it to my local Staples and that was exactly what was wrong with it. Tonight, the employee reinstalled everything from their end, and now I have a new computer with the safety features Restoro provides.)
