“what can I say except EXCELLENT service and knowledge from your team that saved my computer, All were great but Gerald was fantastic. from start to finish it was a big problem that he solved in a very calm manner while I was chewing my nails. His knowledge and expertise and calm manner was what made the three days most pleasant. thank you and your team and I would promote him before someone steals him.
