“At first I felt very uneasy, as though i was being scammed. So far My Machine is working better and faster (which I did not consider a problem) But restoro to have solved my problem as of this time, but I really need more time to be sure. But things are much better than they were, without a doubt.”

“Seemed like the support agent couldn't really keep up. It didn't really feel like the agent was reading the chat, or understanding the issue to begin with. It's a great software, really is a shame to lose it this way.”

“I'm having trouble opening my email program and some other programs. On Thursday, these issues will be addressed. I have had all my other issues dealt with. The problem is my email program is run by the City coop telephone utility and not a name brand. The telephone is only for the people of Canby, a population of 15,000. the other issues were addressed right away”
