I came across this Restoro repair web site, when looking for assistance to get my computer working properly. The customer service representative charged me $369.25, after I paid, $61.00 they had requested before I talked to that representative. I was livid! I really needed help removing the viruses from my hard drive. So I watched Travis, the technician, work on my computer. he would come and go on my PC when working on it. then went into the section were you turn programs etc. off and on. He disabled several of them. I was not happy. Whan=en all done; I still couldn't install any new program. I lost Print Master, and needed it back. 3 calls, after the fist call; I got 3 refunds amounting to 371.25 with $56.00 paid to them, and they turned off my services/subscription. On the 3rd call, the representative activated one single PC with Restoro. So After all of that, I got what I paid for. I'm exhausted, and still can't install any programs.

Restoro has resolved many problems with my com puter, including removing viruses, malware and trojans and restoring fezstures to original working condition.

Although product has a bug causing reboot issues it remains available for download on their website. Customer service was very responsive and assisted with correcting the problem.

Your staff is very polite. The reason I have rated you so low is that after 3 attempts to fix a problem it is still not fixed. Each tech I have had assures me it is done this time and yet it is not. I just called again to try another time but everyone is busy so I am waiting to be called back. I hope very much that this time the problem is fixed. What is your refund policy? I am ready to get rid of your service since it is not doing what it said it would.

The Restoro professionals restored my computer to like brand new from a point that it took hrs to download a simple video. Web pages would not open for minutes. They did it all remotely. They are very nice people and very patient. I highly recommend them.

Restoro employs very professional, polite and knowledgeable people. Any time I've called, my questions are answered, and any problem fixed. The price for this service this very good. I don't need to take my computer to a store to be fixed or have someone come to my house. I feel confident in letting their professionals take control of the computer.

I paid 46 euro for the licence and the same error on the same app pops up nothing was fixed after the fixing process very sad...........

you have taken money twice in the past few weeks from my card still not fixed and still want money please please .fix or refund. please you have taken money twice for this still over charged and still no repair .
