“I had purchased driverfix and was having trouble with the installing of drivers. I spoke to Jay V, who was extremely polite and patient. He listened to my problem and suggested a few things, when they did not work he then asked if he could access my pc remotely and not only did he help with my problem, he was very thorough in checking my pc. I could not be more happier with the service given to me today.”
