“Excellent repair service by Redan all done by remote control which I pre-booked. Prior to that Restoro responded to each email with advice on what I should try. Cannot fault them”

“VERY happy; I was totally "lost and afraid (in a digital world I never made)", PRIOR to Liezel and (ESPECIALLY!) Cindy P. fixing my dual screen display issue (involving not identically displaying two (2) documents that were the same font and view size in MS Word (!). May God richly BLESS you all for your fine service! (Most knowledgeable AND competent, but ABOVE all, VERY patient, perseverant, AND willing to "go the EXTRA MILE" to do whatever it takes to complete and resolve all needed repair tasks!)”

“This morning I called for tech support on two laptops that I use. I had the pleasure of working with a you woman by the name of Phil. She was really help and patient. We walked through the process of dealing some issues I was having. I know she was not feeling well but she still took the time to work on my laptops. It was a pleasure chatting with her. I would definitely like to work with her again, should the need arise. She's an asset to the organization.”

“Had one problem, first tech I dealt with could not repair. A bit disappointing. The second tech Arjay did a fine job and and made a repair that seems to have fixed all problemss”

“YOU will not fix my pc nor let me enter my license key as you say seven times it is invalid IT IS NOT NO stars if possible and will be deleted as unwanted and will NOT pay again as I have a pro account”

“this did not resolve my PC problems after scan it found the problem with my computer and did not fix them it still did not repair junk files left 55.34 MB and broken registry 15 items and still left privacy traces [ i paid a one time £26.34 fee] i wasted my money”

“Had a problem with my local internet dropping connection dropping out when I went to connect my VPN program. Spoke with Jayson who put my mind at rest and assured me that my internet connection would work after a couple of minutes. Jayson also explained how to use the VPN service.”

“Did not solve my main issue of PC overheating, though I was warned that might need to go elsewhere to have this fixed. Technician spent considerable time trying to speed up computer and eliminate trojan horses and other nefarious things. Can't confirm or deny that he did, though he seemed trustworthy. Initial service rep seemed more intent on getting me to a paid technician than whether my problems would be solved. Money spent on software and technician not worth the limited if any improvement I got. Had to buy new computer so money basically wasted.”
