“no matter what I do, I can't get the license key to work. I keep getting an invalid notice. 35470501-42496100-d6fa7 is my license key and when I type in the d6fa7 the small letters enter as capital letters and will not enter as small letters. They enter as capital letters and so I get the invalid notice. I am going crazy. My email is down and I can't get it to work. Please help. Thank you. I tried live chat and that won't work either. I contacted the company by email a couple of days ago and I followed instructions. I tried safe mode but couldn't get the computer to go there.”
